Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer refunds.
We only offer exchanges, or we can provide a voucher for the value of your jewellery, which you may redeem at a later date.
We want you to be happy with your jewellery, and for this reason you have one month (30 days) to request an exchange if you wish.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at karen@karenhallam.com.
If you purchased a ring online and it is not your size, please send it to our workshop by tracked/registered post so that it can be monitored:
Calle Travesía de Belén 2, Local 1, 28004 Madrid (Spain).
Please include a note specifying the size you require, or enclose a low-value ring to be used as a sizing reference, together with your return delivery details.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For exchanges, the item must be in perfect condition, with no signs of having been worn, and in its original packaging. If this is not the case, the exchange will be refused.
In such circumstances, you will be offered the option of having the non-accepted items returned to you cash on delivery. All costs incurred for this return will be at your expense. If you do not accept this option, Karen Hallam reserves the right to retain the items and their corresponding value.

Shipping, Duties and Taxes
The prices shown on this website do not include shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes or any other charges that may apply in the destination country.
The customer is solely responsible for payment of such fees, duties or taxes, as required by the relevant customs or tax authorities.
The company is not responsible for delays, additional costs or returns resulting from customs procedures.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned, including made-to-order products (such as special orders or engraved items).
If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
